Do you feel it too? The soft stirrings of spring. Things are starting to reawaken. Are parts of you also waking up?

Although everything outside is still blanketed with white (at least here in Eastern Ontario, Canada), spring has officially started in the Northern Hemisphere!🎉 Recently I noticed the first daffodil shoots peeking their heads out of the ground.

And earlier this week I spend a good 5mins in wonder listening to a flock of birds sitting in a tree outside my office.

However, this transition phase between winter & spring requires patience and trust: even if more snow surprises us, spring is still coming. I find this time of the seasonal cycle is an important reminder to have the same eternal optimism for life. Even after a cold, hard, long winter, spring always returns.

What supports you in the journey through life? For me, it is a continuous deepening into the wisdom of the seasons because we also go through seasons in our life, individually & collectively. If we can be in touch with and understand the essence of the seasons found in Mother Nature, it tends to be easier being in tune with how seasons show up in other ways in our life. I think we know what season we are in globally... But that doesn't have to be the season in our personal lives. What season are you in right now? For my fellow business owners, we can also ask ourselves: what season is my business in? And regardless whether you have a business or not, now is a good time to ponder the following:
