Mindful Moment

Lately I've been pondering a lot about peace, contentment and fulfillment...

What cultivates peace & contentment?
What gets in the way of feeling peaceful & content?
What does fulfillment mean?
Am I doing things that are fulfilling for me?
In what areas of my life do I feel fulfilled? In what areas of my life is fulfillment a work-in-progress?
What does fulfillment in 2026 mean for me?

These are not always simple questions to sit with and I invite you to let them simply be like seeds... seeds planted in the subconscious, the earth of our being, the fertile void, seeds that take time to germinate...

And right now I invite you to (re)focus on TODAY and join me for a Mindful Moment as we ponder:

🤔 Am I moving through my day mindfully or with a mind full?

🤔 How can I be more mindful & intentional today?

If a short and powerful guided practice would be supportive, to release whatever is causing the mind to be full, enjoy the following:

👉 Yes, I want more mental calm & clarity! 👈

It may be just the (free) thing we need when feeling overwhelmed by family, holiday plans and general life stress.

And once those 10mins are over and things feel more manageable, let the following anchor in:

"And every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling,
“This is important! And this is important! And this is important!
You need to worry about this! And this! And this!”
And each day, it’s up to you to yank your hand back,
put it on your heart and say, “No. This is what’s important."
