I recently read an email that combined two words that I had never put together before: 'trust' and 'recession'.

Ever since, I've been thinking about how we may collectively be in a 'trust recession'.

As a North American society, I think we are in a 'trust recession' for several reasons but those thoughts are for another day...

Right now, I invite you to stay closer to home. Afterall, it's when the external crumbles that we want to ask ourselves:

Do I trust the internal?
Do I trust myself?

How full is your Tank of Trust?

And once you have re-fueled and are back on the road in your Car of Life, how much do you trust the built-in GPS?

Do you know the language of your inner compass?

How much do you listen to & trust your intuition?
